Individual Psychotherapy
One-on-one therapy provides a unique opportunity for you to tell your story to someone who's role is to be there just for you. Together we'll explore your challenges: the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are causing you distress. Click to find out more about my approach.

Couples Counselling
I love helping couples to rediscover their love for each other as they improve communication and conflict resolution skills, name their core values, and learn how to enjoy their life together again.

Religious Deconstruction/ Trauma
My work as an Anglican minister included advanced studies in theology, spirituality, and philosophy. This experience, combined with my study of psychotherapy, qualifies me to help clients work through the deconstruction (and sometimes reconstruction) of long-held belief systems related to religion, gender roles, and other complex doctrines. I am experienced in helping to heal wounds created by religious trauma while still remaining respectful to your personal values and beliefs.

Men's Issues
I have a particular aptitude in working with men looking to improve their relationships and emotional intelligence. Many of us did not learn how to name and express our feelings growing up, which has a significant impact on our relationships. I have helped many men learn how to be more authentic with themselves and their partners, toward their own fulfillment.

Neurodivergence Affirming
I have the unique experience of being a step-parent to two neurodivergent children (AuDHD) and support a late diagnosed neurodivergent and chronically ill partner. I know that traditional psychotherapeutic techniques often need to be adapted in order to resonate with neurodivergent folks.

Spiritually-Integrated Psychotherapy
Many people identify as spiritual (and not necessarily religious) and wish to make use of their spirituality to support their mental health. I am trained and experienced with helping clients make use of ritual, sacred texts, and personal practices in the context of their mental health challenges. I am very experienced in exploring Christian spiritual disciplines with folks, with a special interest in Ignatian spirituality, but am also versed in working with a variety of approaches to spirituality.
