Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I am happy to discuss options during our initial consultation. Sliding scale availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Many extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover the services of a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing under clinical supervision. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm that psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) or under supervised psychotherapy are included in your benefits. Receipts are provided for submission to your insurer.

To help keep appointments available for all clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

I offer both virtual and in-person psychotherapy sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant practice management platform and are available to clients anywhere in Ontario. In-person sessions are held at my office located at 7051 Guelph Line on the border of Milton and Burlington, Ontario. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online therapy, while others prefer meeting face-to-face. Together, we can determine which option is the best fit for your needs.

A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is a mental health professional who has completed the required master's-level education and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). The "Qualifying" designation means that the therapist is continuing to accumulate the clinical experience required for full registration while practicing under professional supervision. My work is regularly supervised to help ensure a high standard of ethical, evidence-based care. In addition to my psychotherapy training, I bring more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through counselling, spiritual care, and pastoral ministry.
